I finished my power in postpartum (8 weeks) yesterday!! I didn't realize how much of a difference my body had changed until I made these grids today. I'm so grateful for this program I told my husband, "who would of thought just a scroll on Tiktok got me where I am today!" My mental health & my eating habits did a whole 360. Thank you Zaria! P.s. I've never shown my body like this since before my baby girl so l'm a little nervous posting this lol!

I started with Zaria's 8 week PNP program. Slowly incorporated more Whole Foods and less junk! Fell in love with walking almost daily. And then completed her 8 week advanced program on Saturday. Zaria Francis you have truly been a blessing for my postpartum journey! I am 10.5 months postpartum and I am 15lbs from my pre pregnancy weight. I've managed to maintain my milk supply as well. I will be forever grateful for finding vou and vour program! I feel so confident now thank you! Side note, if you're struggling to start/finish JUST DO IT!

Completed your 30 day core rehab. I'm so excited to start another of your programs I feel so much better about myself and seen so much progress in my core strength. Every time in the past after having my daughter, I started lifting I would antagonize my core because I didn't know how to focus on activating my core muscles or knew what it should've felt like. I'm so excited for what's to come. Thank you helping so many mamas out!!
