I started with Zaria's 8 week PNP program. Slowly incorporated more Whole Foods and less junk! Fell in love with walking almost daily. And then completed her 8 week advanced program on Saturday. Zaria Francis you have truly been a blessing for my postpartum journey! I am 10.5 months postpartum and I am 15lbs from my pre pregnancy weight. I've managed to maintain my milk supply as well. Completed your 30 day core rehab. I'm so excited to start another of your programs I feel so much better about myself and seen so much progress in my core strength. I finished my power in postpartum (8 weeks) yesterday!! I didn't realize how much of a difference my body had changed until I made these grids today.
