I enjoy helping women reach their goals, and empower them to be more confident in their bodies. My online fitness app helps you to get to know yourself better, understand your body, analyze your habits and create a wholistic and healthy lifestyle. I offer strength training and weight-loss programs. I help women gain confidence and knowledge in the gym so that they can reach their goals. I am a wholistic coach who believes in mental and physical health for my clients. I have my ISSA certification and am trained to help clients reach their full potential.

Yes! You should see the free trial period when you click to start training. We don't charge you at all during this period, and you can cancel before then.
We've got workouts for all abilities, whether you're at home or at the gym. All the exercises from all the workouts are video guided.
You can cancel your subscription in app. Go to Dashboard > select your profile pic > Account > Cancel Subscription. You'll have to answer a short feedback survey, and can come back any time.
Yes, the app is available on both iOS and most Android devices! Unfortunately, we're not on tablets, smart TVs or Huawei devices.
No, cancelling a subscription is free.
