I have been very happy with Julia’s Challenge and the Group. It is a wonderful workout program for beginners like me to be able to build strength and confidence in their bodies. The benefits are numerous. After several weeks I am stronger and eager to meet the next day’s challenge. The writing exercises are an added bonus.
