Hey Bestiees! I started my weight loss journey at 470lbs, and let me tell you, living at that weight was incredibly tough. It held me back from so many experiences, and I often felt like I was just existing and not truly living. I was unhappy and I was ready to make a change. Over the past two years, I've stayed committed to working hard on my weight loss journey. I incorporated daily exercise, changed my eating habits, and focused on building healthy, sustainable lifestyle changes. Today, I'm proud to say I've lost over 200lbs naturally, and the journey continues! I've created this app to share the workouts I've done throughout my entire journey. I understand how nerve-wracking it can be to start a weight loss journey—I've been there. But I want you to know that you're capable of making that change.
