Hey guys! My name's Kalah and I'm so excited to see you all here! 3-4 years ago, I was in the worst shape ever and although I wanted to change, the first few years of working out was so ineffective. I had no idea what to eat, or how to train to get the body I dreamed of. I tried different methods, did an intense amount of research and learning until I finally cracked the code - I managed to lose over 75lbs and build a body that I am now happy and confident with! Fitness has since been my passion and I want to help others get the same results as I did. Yes! You should see the free trial period when you click to start training. We don't charge you at all during this period, and you can cancel before then.
We've got workouts for all abilities, whether you're at home or at the gym. All the exercises from all the workouts are video guided.
You can cancel your subscription in app. Go to Dashboard > select your profile pic > Account > Cancel Subscription. You'll have to answer a short feedback survey, and can come back any time.
Yes, the app is available on both iOS and Android! We're not on tablets or smart TVs yet.
