Yes! You should see the free trial period when you click to start training. We don't charge you at all during this period, and you can cancel before then.
We've got workouts for all abilities, whether you're at home or at the gym. All the exercises from all the workouts are video guided.
You can cancel your subscription in app. Go to Dashboard > select your profile pic > Account > Cancel Subscription. You'll have to answer a short feedback survey, and can come back any time.
Yes, the app is available on both iOS and Android! We're not on tablets or smart TVs yet.
