I'm Cassidy, and this is my story.

Hi babe! Thanks for stopping by :) My name is Cassidy Kmetz and I am what most people would consider your typical “fitness junkie”. Before beginning my fitness journey, I was an elite soccer player who was nominated to tryout for the US Women’s National Team! This was until I suffered a skateboard accident that resulted in a traumatic brain injury which almost took my life. The doctors told me that my strong veins that came with being an athlete, is what kept me alive. This is what led me to understanding my higher purpose which is to pursue a healthy, fitness-driven lifestyle and inspire others to do the same. I have been training for over 3 years, experimenting with TONS of different workout methods & studying extensively into the health/fitness industry. Through much trial & error, with me being the “guinea pig”, I have successfully built the body of my dreams and am excited to help others do the same! We’re in this, together 👊

Yes! You should see the free trial period when you click to start training. We don't charge you at all during this period, and you can cancel before then.
We've got workouts for all abilities, whether you're at home or at the gym. All the exercises from all the workouts are video guided.
You can cancel your subscription in app. Go to Dashboard > select your profile pic > Account > Cancel Subscription. You'll have to answer a short feedback survey, and can come back any time.
Yes, the app is available on both iOS and most Android devices! Unfortunately, we're not on tablets, smart TVs or Huawei devices.
